Regarding Nathan Fillion... That man. Can do an extreme close-up. I envy his pores.
More fun with my
Firefly DVDs. Disk Three: "Out of Gas," "Ariel," "War Stories," and "Trash"...
( Best Quotes, Lines, and Such EVER )There are no words to express how much I *love* the
Firefly episode "Out of Gas." Before this episode, the show had been fun to watch. But when this episode aired, I was officially a fan. The plot points, the revelations, the music, the directing, the whole look of the episode blew me away. It still makes me wibble at certain parts... I tip my hat to thee, Tim Minear and David Solomon, for an episode excellently written and directed.
"Ariel," of course, is just OMG!
I was not happy with Whedon after "War Stories" because of what he did to Mal. I became supersensitive about the characters on
Buffy and
Angel after that. Anytime one would get in trouble, I found myself saying, "Oh, God, please don't hurt him! I saw what you did to Mal Reynolds!!" while brandishing my finger at the TV screen.
And "Trash," well, let's say I saw *way* more of Nathan Fillion than I ever wanted to... clearly an episode lacking in pants pr0n. *g*
With "Out of Gas," "Airel," and "War Stories" made ever so much from with
roadrunner1896 and/or
