Time for a fish update!

Remember the little pieces of rice? They're fish-shaped now! OMG, look how big they are!! The biggest one near the front is Momma Mike. About half of the fishlets are at Alex's house, and the rest are here. They all look like Mini-Mikes! :D

Alex has two ropefish. They're snake-y, so I have a little crush on them... even though they're evil. *g*

They like to wrap themselves around things, hide in the filter to freak out their fish momma, harass the snails, and cuddle in the log. Sometimes, they both cram themselves in there. They're so slinky!

However, they are camera shy. One of them is hiding under the other one. *g*

Remember Edward? Well, his name is now Dean. :D His name was changed because he healed up nicely from his nearly-finless, battle-scared self to be a lovely little fish. Alas, Dean doesn't seem to know how to swim, so he's a little awkward sometimes. *squishes him*

And this is Sam, the newest member to the family. He has long fins. :)

Dean and Sam like to fight... a lot...

But really, they love each other like fish buddies should. *g*

They are both very shiny and handsome. And they have similar faces, too. So cute.

And look at all the colors in their fins!

We can't be sure, but we think they secretly hunt things at night. ;)

Also, my boys Kavan and Jubal seem to be doing well. *nuzzles their tank*

My, they've grown up so much!
What do you use to keep the water clear? We just inherited an aquarium with 5 goold fish in it and I'm not having much luck keeping it tidy.

Also are your fishies in freshwater or salt water?

LMAO I totally laughed aloud at that.

I'd like to get my own Sam and Dean, but I learned my lesson with shared tanks. So until I get another, I'll probably end up with just a Dean first.
