Computer Troubles

I plan to take Hal, my laptop, in to the Tech Team to hopefully get the speakers/sound card/whatever-the-heck-is-wrong fixed in a timely manner. I'm using this picture as my wallpaper for motivation...

I've been backing up files all freakin' weekend in the event my poor lappy has to be away from me for a long time. If that ends up the case, I'll still be able to check e-mail and LJ, but I'm going to be MIA to all my IM buddies. :(

Yeah, need something to do while I'm gainlessly unemployed... *rolls eyes* So might as well make icons...and see how truly awful I am at it compared with everyone else... :oP

I've kinda given up on the whole getting a Sci-Fi mag from a shop thing here. It's easier to have them sent to me by peeps, or order from Visimag, whatever...

PCs of all descriptions bite. I still feel like I have to walk on eggshells using mine...even though I know it's not going to be a pain in the butt any more.
