That's what I did on my 21 birthday! I was stuck alone in my apartment, since all my roommates went home for the weekend. And I had to write a freaking ten pages essay. :(
I almost cried earlier because of this, but then my roomie said, "Hey, we're taking you out to dinner tonight. Just so you know. ;)" The day won't be a complete waste!
At least some of these papers aren't due until late in the week so they don't all have to be finished today.
I am sure the Toddler Turtles are just prepareing your birthday surprise. Don't be scared of them. Look, they made themself extra cute for you today so you can enjoy them.
They did move. Don's going to help you with your research papers.
btw-I have a present for you. It's sitting on my floor. Why? Because we all know I suck with the post office. Hopefully I'll get to mail it tomorrow so it'll only be a few days late . . .
If it makes you feel any better since my birthday is May 3rd I am usually taking a final. Of course since I am going to be 21 in May after the horror of whatever final I take I can now go out and drown my sorrows in alcohol. =)
Woohoo! Happy 21st Birthday Sarah! Hope you have a great one! Take a break from the papers and celebrate traditionally with a muffin and coffee with a hint of baileys irish creme. ;) You're 21. Enjoy it!
