End of Week Post

New LJ layout!! (Thanks for the tips, KJ!) This will not be the permanent color scheme, but I don't have the time to play with it now. I like this well enough, but I really want to go with something me, and I think it will be really nice when I get to it.

School work still sucks, mostly. And finals start next week. After my last final, I have 24 hours to get all my stuff together and get my butt moved out of the dorm. That is SO going to be loads of fun.

Due to having to work together in various groups for different projects, I've had a chance to talk to and open up to several people who I might not have otherwise. I've even chatted with foreign exchange students. Several people are now starting to see through my meek exterior to realize that I am very together young woman and have a fun sense of humor. So, all in all, it's of the good. :)

In other news, my parents, brother, and sister-in-law came to town tonight to have dinner for my brother's birthday. I actually got to eat real food for a chance. And cake. :) I love my peeps.

Angel -- My Wes was a little loopy on Angel this week. (Little loopy? hahaHA!! More than a little!) Kinda how I feel right now with all this freakin' class work. But even all nutty, I just love 'im. :) But DAYMN!! Wes died, for cryin' out loud, and not in a good way. I'd wondered in the back of my mind where all his nice shirts went, then realized he had to wear an expendable one since he was going to die. :) But he's okay now... in the non-dead sense, at least. Mentally, that's another story. Poor thing. Oh, and is anyone else REALLY hoping this was what all those spoilers were about and the spoiler freaks were just messing with our heads? I'll-believe-what-I-want-I'll-believe-what-I-want-I'll-believe-what-I-want-I'll-believe-what-I-want-I'll-believe-what-I-want!

But, of course, she doesn't remember my experience with the pottery wheel during the whole time loop thing.

Anyway, I have a project going.

It's amazing what you can do with pipe cleaners.

I'm making little animals -- dogs mostly.

Cool, I think I'm done.

Okay, so they look more like stick people, but hey...

I think my Paper People will like their new pets.

You are not saying that there are spoilers out there that say that Wes might die in the final, right? I mean, I only heard something about a dragon. Thus the Poldi thing.

And now I even know who Harper is, but you won't make me watch Andromeda. I started it and didn't like it. And it doesn't have RDA in it.

He has a new e-mail premiere each week, usually... though sometimes there are short cartoons featuring all the characters. It's a whole website of fun! I'm just giving you my favorite tidbits.

Lord, please don't!! I don't want to be responsible for heavy-ing your TV load anymore than I already have. And anyway, that show itself is mediocre compared with SG-1. But I ADORE Harper!! You could do one silly captioned photo a week and I'm sure you'll get ideas how to do a "story" out of them sometime. And even if not, I'd have a good laugh each week. And that is what you are here for, right?

Btw, what happened to the sneezing? Did they cure him and I missed it or do they just think, we know that Danny has allergies and will only bring them up, when they would be useful as a plot device? Cause I hate when that happens.

Oh, Lord, Alexis has the most gorgeous eyes on the planet. Or at the very least, the most fascinating... what with all the eye color/shirt matching. :) Do you know about that?

I'll just sneeze right back. My allergies are horrible. I have to be on, like, three different medications just to keep me breathing. ::sigh::

He still sneezes from time to time, even in later seasons. But I think he just upped his prescriptions. ;)

Of course I do. I'm drooling over Alexis for years now. You just have to recognize these eyes. And I like it even more, when the eyes don't match the shirt, but the surroundings or what he looks at. When you just see the picture and he wears a white shirt or a yellow shirt or something and his eyes are green in one pic and blue or brown or grey in the next. Sometimes they are even purple. Okay, you got me started on his eyes. All your fault. So I'll spare you my awwwwwwing about his ears. He has the second most perfect ears in my eyes. Only second to Günther Jauch. But that guy doesn't have those eyes. And that smile. Oh, well, Alexis is just the physically most perfect guy in the world. At least as far as I have seen them.

And you have to take lots of medications, too? That sucks. Though I'm happy that I don't have allergies. But I bet you are happy, that you don't have disfunctional kidneys, aren't you?

Ahh...Alexis' eyes. No one has eyes like his. Such a pretty mixture of blues, and sometimes even grey and purple. And they sparkle, have you ever noticed how they sparkle? ::sigh::

Nearly every single picture of Alexis that I've seen, he's flashing those pearly whites. I'm glad he's such a happy man. Love the smile.

Of course I have noticed the sparkle. Like I said, I studied him for five years now. I need my daily dosis of Alexis or I'm not a happy girl.

I love his ears, too. They're so cute!
Yap, he has great ears. The ears were were the first thing on him I recognized. Episodes before I discovered that great eyes of his. He has sexy ears. I love those kind of ears that stick to the head at the top but not so much at the lower parts. (I'm sorry, sometimes my English isn't half as good as I wished it would be, hope you get what I wanna say here)

I started watching the show in Season 3, and I got almost all the way through S4 before I got the S1 DVDs. And what finally made me fall for Wes? His S1 dorkiness!! I just sort of liked him through S3 and 4, but S1 secured him in my heart. I adore Dork!Wes, and Badass!Wes is just a sexy bonus. I do wish he would smile again, though. :(

Well I started watching Angel from the beginning. So I could fall in love with Dork!Wes. I don't think that would have happened the other way. I actually almost hate this Wes. I don't think I could be friends with a person like that. And I don't even see Badass!Wes! (or Wesbot like I call him sometimes, because the real Wes went away with Faith from the show after Angel tried to kill him with this pillow) as a bonus. He forgot to program that Bot to do proper shaving and this Bot forgets to put the glasses on all the time, because his vision is clear and he don't really needs them. And the Bot can't smile. Don't like the Bot that much. Well, Wes and Faith are having fun now on their little island and they let me watch them having fun, so I don't mind that much. Of course Badass!Wes! is still the most sexy thing on that show, but that is only because he has the shell of Dork!Wes!. So I like him for the same reason why Wesbot has to help Illyria. Because she looks like Fred. Only because he looks like Wesley. Yes, I know I'm sick. ;)

I still love him because I know what kind of person he can be when he finds happiness. Unfortunately, not much happiness comes his way for long. But, I'm afraid, I don't think I'm in love with this Wes. Sure, he's uber sexy, but his beautiful spirit has been so beaten down, he's not a happy soul. And I like happy souls. Crikey, listen to me. He's a fictional character, for cryin' out loud. Oh, well... But Alexis, he's at the top of my list. :) Always smiley, just a wonderful sight to see.

Well, hate might be a to strong word for my feelings towards this Wes. But you don't speak German and I don't speak English that well to know a better fitting word. I know that my Wesley is still hidden in there somewhere. But I also know, that that Wes will never let him get out again. So I don't like him that much anymore.

I'm almost sure he'll find new work. He is one of the better actors on the cast. And I'm not just saying that as a fan. I really think he is one of the more variable guys there. But I'm almost afraid, that he will do some stage work first. He mentioned in a few interviews how much he misses the theater sometimes. Sadly he most likely won't come to the Landesbühne in Hanover. So I won't be able to see him. But after a while he'll to movies or television again. Because I need some fresh Alexis once in a while and he won't let me down, no, he won't. Besides, he'll make more money on the screens than on stages.

Yeah, Alexis really is giving you the chills. But he wouldn't need to be that good an actor to do that for me. He could just stand in the corner and smile in the camera and I'd get goose bumps all over my body. The amazing action skills are just a bonus.

OMG. I accidentally found out today, that all seven seasons of MacGyver are available online. My computer will kill me. But I'll be nice to him and only make him get me the best of of them. Good thing, I already know all the eps and don't have to stick to the chronological order.

And I watched "Hathor" the other day. See, even the goddess thinks Danny's DNA is superior. ;)
