Final Thoughts: I wasn't completely paying attention because I was really wanting Atlantis to come on already.

The two weeks doesn't bother me too much (but that's not to say I don't wholeheartedly support the biting of scifi channel for it!) because if you use Bittorrent frequently on a lame connection speed, you learn the virtues of patience really fast. Otherwise you explode. :P

I died and squeed my friends to death and started dancing when Sam said she broke up with Pete. OMG! It made my day. I started to cry tears of shippiness joy.

I loved Monk. Hee. I so need an icon with the "Coolest Kid in School" line or what it was.

And yes, me replying to the show you said least about is a really bad sign. I didn't really enjoy either of the Stargate eps much. I mean, it can't be all about drooling over hot guys, can it? *is slightly bored and wants Vala and Ford back*

SG-1 had hot Ba'al clones and Jaffas getting hit by cars. That's about all that did it for me. Atlantis had thwaaping, Wraith!Jewel, and lots of running around. Not my fave ep ever, but it's setting something up, so I liked it. As much as I love the boys, yeah, I need plot, too.

Yes, somewhere I said that there were nice clothes on SG-1. But seriously, can those make for a good episode? Even with cars hit Jaffas on top? Isn't it sad when those things are the only thing you enjoyed on an ep?

And I am totally not into any of the Altantis eps this Season, except for Duet. And that only because Hewlett is so brilliant in it. Not because I like the plot that much or anything.

And I am not sure if I like the stuff this ep was setting up. If they go there at all that is. Wouldn't be the first time that they don't pick up a plot line in the next several eps and maybe sometime mention it in passing and that is it.

I might be a bit frustrated with tv in general right now, though. We will see. I'll definitly finish the Season. But if it doesn't suck me back in, I might stop.

Isn't it sad when those things are the only thing you enjoyed on an ep?

It is sad. That's why I haven't been bouncy about S9. And I've only been slightly bouncy about S2 of ATL...


And that only because Hewlett is so brilliant in it.

That's the only ep so far this season I'll watch again and again. Because Hewlett is indeed the brilliant.


And I am not sure if I like the stuff this ep was setting up. If they go there at all that is.

Well, I know events in that ep have an immediate effect in the next ep. Anyway, what I liked most about this ep was learning more about the Wraith and such. 1.) How they are as children, 2.) females seem to be the only ones who have colored hair, and 3.) if you are fed upon and age, you stay that way. Interesting little bits of knowledge...


I'll definitly finish the Season. But if it doesn't suck me back in, I might stop.

I'm kinda feeling the same way with TV, too. It may just be I'm watching too much Stargate at the moment because it's the only new thing that's on for me. But my other shows will start up soon. It'd be sad if you had to stop watching, but I can understand it. You seem to spend half of your week downloading. *patpat* But hopefully upcoming eps will be more interesting for you and you'll love it again. I want Ford back!

Well, I did love the first SG-1 eps. But that is maybe because I am in love with Claudia Black and Vala was just too funny. I lost interest in Sam somewhere in Season 3 when all she was able to do was making eyes at Jack.

We'll have to see where the new plot is getting us. Ba'al is nice to look at. But we will see if he makes for a real good baddie.

Interesting little bits of knowledge

For some reason I felt like always knowing that. Didn't they mention the not being able to undo the ageing process somewhere in Season 1. When that dude asked McKay to shot him after being snacked on by a Wraith?

All the male Wraith always had white hair, so I assumed that is always the case. I also suspected the females to be vain and dye their hair. I might have been wrong there. But who knows.

That might be it. I am just glad I am not the only one feeling this way. *snuggles you*

It only takes me the weekend to get the eps. I have no idea why my computer became so slow. Even before I switched providers.

In "The Defiant One," McKay told Gaul that they didn't know if the change in appearance was permanent. And unfortunately, we never got to find out because Gaul... you know. So, for me, this ep answers that question.

Perry is actually a good boy. He gets me Monk and other shows really fast. It is just a thing he has with Stargate this Season. I have no clue why.
