Brain Fail

I hate when I can't recall a simple word even after thinking on it for half an hour.

I KNOW I know you, word. You're nothing obscure, but my brain just won't cooperate sometimes. Yet, I have no trouble with words like "callipygian". UGH.

Update: The word was "ambitious". I don't know why my brain repeatedly has a block on this word!

I often have that problem WHILE I AM WRITING. I go to the thesaurus and start looking up similar words until I figure it out.

SAME. Only it likes to happen to me in the shower or some other situation where I'm without my phone. :P
