Outing with The Roomie
October 26th, 2004 10:17 pmWe helped out on the Haunted House that will be happening on campus later this week. What were we charged with doing? Wrapping black trash bags around rope lights to dim them. Someone said something to the effect of, "They took on the most tedious task on this whole project." Alex and I snickered to ourselves and I said, "But we're OCD. Tedious is what we do." (I said it in my head, at least.) So the two of us did that for however long, giggling all the way over our OCDness. And playing with duct tape. There were many a MacGyver reference made, not all by me.

Date: October 27th, 2004 02:39 pm (UTC)She isn't the one I first mentioned (I think that was Robyn), but she does rather like it, too. We amuse ourselves with it when we're sleep-deprived and should really be studying. *g*
And if so, is her full first name by any chance Alexandra?
It's actually Alexandria... with an "I"...
Hope you have a nice Halloween party.
I won't be going to the thing I helped with last night because I have a major test to study for, but we just has a birthday party for Robyn! We tried so hard to make it a surprise, but she came in the room as we were setting up. Alex and Laura tried so hard to crowd the door so she couldn't see, and I dashed under the table to hide the cake. But she saw me and wondered what the heck I was doing on the floor (because, well, you know OCD and all that *g*). I gave a good cover story, but she worked her way into the room anyway. When she realized what we were doing, it was all priceless. We got her so hyper on cheesecake. Ah, good times... :D

That's interesting.
And yay! for birthday parties. I can't wait for mine. *gg*

Date: October 27th, 2004 04:49 pm (UTC)Well,
And I would like one of that picture that says "I eat
brainswalnuts".In case you can't do the "ü" thing on your computer, Ally will take the brain thing, too.
Hope I didn't ruin walnuts for you and if you are too busy with school, let me know. I have a ton of other talented icon makes on my list, but I'm working my way from top to bottom and after Lorna you are my second favorite icon maker. You also have a thing for food icons. ;)
*good night snuggles*
