End of Week Post

T minus 1 hour, 30 minutes until I am not longer a teenager... I went to birthday dinner with my parents, brother, and sister-in-law. It's so great to eat real food and not what's in the Dining Hall. I also got Season 6 Stargate SG-1 DVDs! I love my peeps. My roommates still rule for giving me birthday muffins. *g* I got birthday goodies from roadrunner1896!! She already knows this, but Roadie, I love you. :D

I tried to find the puppy's owner, but to no avail.

My young neighbor was always telling me he wanted a pet, though.

So I had a chat with his parents, and they agreed to take the pup in.

The only thing is Nathan isn't due back from summer camp for two weeks.

So, taking care of a puppy for a while?

No problem.

Or so I thought.

I swear, that thing is going to eat me out of house and home!

I'm surprised it hads't gotten a toothache with all the kibble it's eaten today.

He just better stay away from my Homer slippers.

But our love for muffins keeps us together. And she is really really nice, so I have no chance, but I swear, if I get a pink "Happy Birthday" from her, I'll do something. Most likely scream.

I'm having fun with Smallville right now, but there will be SG-1 later. :D Yes, S6 was Daniel-less, but there was some grest Jack and more. Just wait 'til the last few eps!

I like Mark Harmon as an actor...but I didn't care for the series that much. Stupid people put it against Gilmore Girls.

It seemed everyone got jokes except Mark's character and he didn't seem to have patience with them. To me...if they keep it that way then the plotline should reflect it and have it become a major issue..that his staff doesn't care for him anymore or he just goes nuts in some way...

I don't know what's up with Gibbs. But it did only just start it's Second Season, and I didn't really love some of my favorite shows until almost Third Season. Who knows? Maybe all of it will make sense as the show grows...

I agree with you on the Andromeda thing. I missed Harper but I enjoy Beka and they did it well. Sure wish it had been the season premiere though.
