I've been busy getting things together for school. I leave on Sunday! And since I have a year behind me already, I don't think I'll be having any emotional break downs this time. ;) Anyway, if you don't hear from me for a few days, it's okay. I'll try to get back to the LJ groove as soon as I can. ::hugs everyone::

I'm really freaking out right now with getting everything ready for school, but I did manage a drabble! 100 words exactly, even. Spoilers for Jack's life with Sara and Charlie.

=====

Title: Bright
Prompt: "insouciant"

Such a beautiful, sunny day.

Big, bright smile on my face.

Me slapping a giant kiss on Sara.

Charlie would be so embarrassed.

School picture.

He's a terribly cute little boy.

Obviously got his looks from his mom.

That insouciant smile.

Not a clue of the life he has ahead of him.

So many choices of what he can be.

Doctor...

Lawyer...

Baseball player...

Accountant, even.

I don't really care.

He's my son, so he'll make me proud no matter what.

I'm looking forward to that life.

Yes, bright, sunny day.

The sudden sound of a gunshot.

My world darkened.

Author's Note: insouciant -- blithely unconcerned; carefree; nonchalant

Yes. Me and my family all watched Monk together tonight and I was the only one who cried during the scene with Monk in the hotel room. That was just sad to see, I love his character and I believe that was him as his most vulnerable....

Haha....THE Monk.

Shroomy, I'm kind of freaking out right now, so I'm very sorry if we don't get to chat. Well, we're chatting now, so a little bit will count. I hope the move isn't too stressful for you.

SG-1: Not enough of Jack...but there was a good amount of Daniel, which I can't complain about. I loved the shirt he was wearing over Teal'c's apartment. *g*

Also, I'm not even going to start on Jason Isaacs as Hook. Let's just say, "Mmmmm"... Oh gosh, don't let me get started on the man. Recently, I saw him on a episode of West Wing...Vavoom!

Love the drabble. Very sweet and I learned a new word! :-D

Your Artwork- I can only see 3 of them...The ones I saw, I loved! I'll switch browsers to view the others.
Again, try to take it easy and not stress out too much. Happy settling in. *hugs*

When you make that Roadie preview for the caps of that ep, I want to see Danny in his t-shirt and in handcuffs, as Alli just won't shut up about that. Well, she just mentioned it twice so far. ;)

And in case we won't see each other on messenger later today, would you take Danny for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (maybe the rest of the week too, but hopefully not) and give him to me for the rest of the week plus weekend?

Why can't I find the new Monk ep. *panics*

I want to see it. :(

*hugs you too*

I hope your will have less stress this year. Hope your roommate won't change again.

And when you feel lonely, make yourself some hot cocoa and think about me worshiping you, while drinking from the Jerk Mouse mug.

*hugs you some more*

Wait 'til I get her watching SG-1...

Yeah, you are good at that. ;) I almost finished Season three and will have finished it totally, once I'm really back again and not just answering comments. Danny is so lickable and Jack is so huggable. It is so hard to choose between them.

You are so crazy... :D

But the loveable kind of crazy, right? ;)

*huggles you*

I saw Peter Pan and whilst it wasn't my favourite movie of the year, oh yes, Jason Isaacs was mighty mighty fine... :)
