Dorm Buddies
Dang it. Alex is a bad influence on me. I can't go to Wal-Mart without trying to save the Bettas. I now have one of my own...
This is my pretty-boy, Kavan. Apparently, the name means "handsome," so I thought it was rather appropriate.
I've not seen one black, gold, and blue before, so I nabbed him. :)
Look how shiny he is!
And, of course, Alex couldn't resist either, so she has two more Bettas now...
This is Cú Chulaind. He's a little aggressive; he keeps spazing out when he sees Reece in the tank next to him, hence his name. *g*
He can be cute when he wants to be. *squishes him*
This is Edward. For some reason, he was in the same container as Cú Chulaind, which is a big no-no for male Bettas. So, poor Edward has almost no fins. :(
He's a terribly sweet fish, so we hope he'll get better or at least be much happier from now on. Reece seems to have taken interest.
In case you're wondering, Thor McSquishie is now in the tank in the common room with other types of fishes. He seems to be doing well so far. :)
