Weird dream alert!

I'm not completely sure, but I think I was attacked by, uh... research papers. Not actually pieces of paper flinging themselves upon me or anything, but the personification of a research paper -- something domineering and even oppressive. All of my classmates and I were their slaves. They could command us to do something and punish us if it were not done.
Unfortunately, at one point, my classmates one by one couldn't cut it and were turned into chocolate bars -- don't ask me why. Eventually, only I was left.
After some time, the Papers came after me (whether I did something wrong or not), but I, though injured, somehow escaped their vengeance and found a place to hind. I was near a window and could see outside. When I looked the first time, I saw one or two empty candy wrappers -- presumably the remains of my classmates. Every other time I looked out, more and more empty wrappers were there, blowing in the wind.
Eventually, I came out of hinding and went outside to see if anyone was left besides me, but then... the alarm clock when off and woke me up.
I'm sure the lack of sleep doesn't help my perceptions right now at all, but that's what I remember.
Now... What the HECK was that all about?! I think I know, actually, but still... What the--?!

Date: April 12th, 2004 12:39 pm (UTC)Oh my God. I actually stopped breathing here for a second and thought you might be the first one disapointing my expectations. Not that anything Alexis Denisof could be disapointing, but I think you know what I mean.
And I just watched the second ep. Still not really loving it.

Date: April 12th, 2004 06:14 pm (UTC)Yes, well, it is Season 1 after all. It's mostly information that you WILL NEED for enjoyment of future episodes.
Many of my truly favorite episodes don't come until Season 2. Honestly, I didn't see all of Season 1 before S2 got started. S1, to me, is the most drama-y/angsty season as a whole. Come on, we just come off the movie, so there are a lot of things to take care of before we can have some fun!
I could tell you some favorite eps if you would like to skip around to get a better feel for the show. Or you could even look at brief ep summaries to look for interesting eps... Whatever... Just remember that I am your Oracle of SG-1 Knowledge. :) I am here to help.

Date: April 14th, 2004 08:27 pm (UTC)I just meant that sometimes, Alexis does grace my desktop. I switch between him and RDA, but RDA does take it most of the time. But there are new eps of Angel now, so we'll she what happens. ;)
(Oh, have you seen the new Smallville yet?)
