I hurt.

Don't know what happened.

But I hurt.

I feel broken.

Feels like nothing can fix me.

Like all the duct tape in the world can't keep me together.

Yet I have no idea what's wrong with me.

I don't even think my eyes are open.

I hear voices, though.

Sound.

And pain.

My only companions.

And darkness, threatening to close in.

"Colonel O'Neill, can you hear me?"

Doc?

"Don't worry, sir. We have you now."

Oh, really?

That's good.

Still confused.

But I'm sure I'm safe now.

So, I let the darkness take me.

I hurt no more.
