What is this "Steam" and where do I find it?!!

Update: Yeah... I may have just started a Steam account and bought both Portal games... See y'all again in a few months. :P

steam is a free to download game engine... kinda like xbox or playstation for the PC. With it you can download your games directly to your computer, rather than going out and buying it at a store. And you can friend others so that you can play games together or chat and stuff. Its great. My whole family uses Steam for all our games. ^^

Heee! Now we can play Portal 2 together. Hubby just gifted it to me and I spent yesterday afternoon playing it with my nieces over steam. ^^
