Okay, so I thought Part 1 was holy crap!.. Part 2 was holy FRELLING crap!!

I mean, daaaaaaang. :O

And I knew I shouldn't have worn mascara today. ::sniffle::

Anyone who needs to talk to someone about it, please do it here!

I will talk to you about it later today, I promise. I saw Part 1 yesterday (twice, actutally) and with luck (I got up at 5:00 a.m., but my torrent is still at frelling 1%! Hope it'll be available on bots later... *sigh*), I'll see Part 2 when I get back from work. I'm just avoiding spoilers for now, you know? :-)

It's at 2% now, LOL. I hope it'll be avaiable at some bots when I get back. I hope there will be more Farscape, this can't be the end. Did many people watch it? Have Scifi officals said anything yet? Were they pleased with the mini? Do they want to produce more? I'm glad we're getting some sort of closure, but IMHO Farscape never really ends, I'll always want more, y'know? Okay, gotta go now or I'll be never show up at the lab today... ;-)

*pokes you*

Don't forget about Firefly Trivia. Or do you want Alli to win? I don't know if you are still allowed to answer last weeks set, but please try to. Even if you don't really read the questions. Just make all answers As or Bs or Cs. At least that way you would get some points. I don't want Alli to win. Please. You are my last hope.

Oh and Amy is just one person, so it should read "flatmate".

Yes, I am singular, thank you very much. :)

I so wish one could edit ones comments.

I'm sure I counted Mal or Danny or whomever as another flatmate in my brain. And is it flatmate in America, too? Or would that be apartmentmate?

Typically, it's roommate, but I usually say flatmate. Because Alli and I do not share rooms. But that's what it is in the 'States.

Thanks. 'Cause apartmentmate sounds totally wrong.

Have you seen this weeks Scrubs? I would have another grammar or whatever English question.

At the end, when J.D. has this monologue going on in the bar scene, when he says "And for Elliot and I. Turns out all we needed was a little time". Shouldn't that be "For Elliot and me"? I have heard that on other occasions, too and it confuses me.

I'm just watching it now, so I'll let you know in approximately 15 minutes.

::waits::

Yes, it should have been "me." The rule that Sarah -- at least, I think it was Sarah -- stated was correct. If you can take away the "and" part and have the sentence make sense, you use "me." For instance, "Alli and I live in an apartment." It makes sense as "I live in an apartment." But "For Alli and I to get a cat..." doesn't.

Thanks. I hear that a lot and it always confused me. And when JD said it, I thought it might be correct and I missed a rule or something. He is a doctor. He should know how to speak correctly. Doesn't he think of poor foreigner who try to learn English from watching tv?

Actually, you might be surprised at how many "educated" professionals like doctors and lawyers have no grasp of the English language. At least in the US. I don't know about Canada or other English-speaking countries.

However, I do expect something better from the writers. That's one thing I love about Stargate, Jack's insistence on proper grammar (that line in "2010" -- "To whom?" -- kills me every time).

But maybe you should write Zach Braff and be like "Hey, I'm trying to learn English from you, speak correctly!"

Since there are no DVDs yet, it would have to be more like

"Hey, I'm illegally downloading your show and try to learn English from you, speak correctly!" ;)

Jack rocks. He is a lot smarter than he seems. I love him. Not as much as I love Daniel and Jonas, but I still love him very much.

I hope she'll come back to you. I'm afraid she thinks all of Alli's friends are as nuts as Alli and I. *gg*

Actually, I'm quite convinced that the two of you are the leaders of the nuts, and that no one else can quite compare. :op

Alli is the leader. I don't lead well. I just follow.

Though, interesting enough we were brought together by this nice "sanity is overrated" icon made by Shroomy. That should have told us something, I think.

Glad you dared to come over here and play. Or talk, whatever. I'm sure you and Sarah will have lots of fun.

I'm not surprised that Alli is the leader. She's very domineering. Strange for one so short.

Leaders are often short. They compensate something. Napoleon was short. So was Hitler. Short and insane. I think we need to watch Alli. She might plan to take over the world.

Bah, I haven't even seen season three yet, and since I'm stuck in good old Germany, it's probably going to take me a while to see The Peacekeeper Wars... I considered getting the DVDs, but the price is simply ridiculous ;p

I watched it. It was my first experience with Farscape. I enjoyed it, but was slightly confused.

I did decide two things:

1. Crichton can have my babies, but only if he wanders around carrying two guns all the time. That was hot.

2. I need to watch the rest of this series.

Oh, and that ending--the very ending--I'm sorry, but cheesy. I really couldn't help making a Lion King joke at that. Otherwise, a good first experience. I'll start talking about what a great show it is.

GAAAAHHHH!!!

I was temporarily rendered speechless by The Peacekeeper Wars. I have virtually no complaints whatsoever, it was art. Pure art. Ben Browder was at his nutso best, and deserves an emmy, hands down.

I put up a lame PKW tribute on my LJ, but since I am in the infant stage of my self-taught html skills, it just came out looking pretty lame. My heart was in the right place, though. *sniff*sniff* Tears imminent...one moment please...

I also self-taught myself to make icons (took me ALL DAMN DAY, but I figured out how to do it - sort of), fulfilling my husband's earlier request for a lil' badass screen cap of Aeryn. Speaking of which, if you feel the need to make some of your own trademark hilarious icons, I got the hook-up on screen caps from PKW, and would willingly share the love if you need any.

I haven't even seen all of season 1, but I was addicted to the show when it was on the air and I wasn't in college and actually had time to sit and watch it. So I'm working on getting slightly less than legal copies of the seasons so that I can watch it and make Alli watch it and become addicted again. Because I don't have $120 a season to satisfy my instant gratification desires.

I did, however, almost end up in tears at the end (not the very end, I'm with Alli on the Lion King references). WAAAH.

Oh, and someone was asking about how well it did. I read somewhere else that it did phenomenally. Going up against "Desperate Housewives," which is on a non-cable channel, and the World Series (this would be on Sunday night, obviously), it had a crazy amount of viewers, apparently more viewers than the highest rated episode in the series when it was airing. And it's already scheduled for DVD release -- january 18.

I don't know if you've seen this, but if you pre-order the PKW DVD from Creation, you get a free autograph (http://creationent.com/farscape/index.htm). And the DVD is only 19.98 -- the s&h is a little more, but that's probably just for the picture.
