Today was made of major suck.

If it wasn't meh enough already by having to work out of town again, my dog Rosie decided to GET HIT BY A FREAKIN' CAR just as I was packing to leave. *has heart attack* I was about 10 feet away, watched it happen, and couldn't do a damn thing to stop it. The visual was pretty horrible and will haunt me for a while, but she seems to be fine. She bounced off and got right up and ran to the house, and by the time I left, she was wagging her tail like nothing happened. My parents are keeping an eye on her now, but I'm still sad I can't be here to watch her myself. *wibble*

Work was crappy. If y'all didn't know, I took a job as a photographer and just got done with training. I barely know what the hell I'm doing, and they put me on a job by myself this week. Also, the stupid backdrop was broken and kept falling down, on me a few times. It put us behind, people got grumpy, and we hardly made any money today.

The only slightly redeeming thing about today is that many people liked their portraits and told me so, so it made me feel pretty good. AND our last few appointments canceled, so we got to go home early.

All I can do now is sigh heavily....

I've seen a dog get hit by a car. Actually it got hit by a truck, probably doing 35-40 mph. I don't know if the dog ever made it or not. I was freaking out though. Cause I saw the dog crossing the street and thought to myself That dog is going to get hit by something. and it did. :-| it wasn't fun. I can't imagine seeing my own dog get hit by a car.

Alas, I work on Saturdays. And I usually have Mondays off, but I have to work this coming week, and I'll have to go out of state right after that, so I won't be home for over a week. I'm not a happy bunny.
