Because both of us needed emotional fortification against Real Life stuff, I went to visit my Brain Twin
stoopbeck last weekend, and Action!Joe came with me. :)

Action!Joe was in charge of music during the drive.

The clouds were really pretty that day.

Once we arrived, we took Alex to lunch.

Action!Joe wasn't very hungry, so he hung out in my purse most of the meal.

He did, however, come out for beverages every now and then.

After lunch, I helped Alex walk her ferrets. Here I am with Po.

Meanwhile, Action!Joe chilled out with Action!Damian Lewis and Inaction!Burton Guster (from Psych). I find it amusing that they don't need a light source when Action!Damian is around; his paleness reflects light quite well. *g*

Before dinner, I read a book to the Action!Guys. At one point, though, Action!Damian kept creepily getting closer and closer to my ear.

The next day, we went to the grocery store.

"You're the man!"
"No, you're the man!!"

Action!Joe: "Hey, Sarah, could we hurry this up. My show's about to come on..."

"...uh... Sarah?"
[ X ]
Action!Damian: "O-o-o, o-o-o! Stop!"

"BEEF JERKY!" *pounces*

Action!Damian really wanted that beef jerky.
Besides a certain incident with the ferrets and the sweet potato carnage, it was a fun weekend. :D

Date: February 10th, 2008 08:26 pm (UTC)Nice pictures. Though why someone would name their ferret "butt" is beyond me. ;)

Date: February 10th, 2008 08:30 pm (UTC)Is that what "Po" means in German?! *scandalized* It's short for Polaris, if that helps. :P

Date: February 10th, 2008 08:39 pm (UTC)Yes, "Po" is the German word for "butt". Well, one of them.

Date: February 10th, 2008 09:42 pm (UTC)Now I feel doubly bad for calling him "Po-butt" all the time. Seriously, he may need therapy.

Date: February 10th, 2008 09:47 pm (UTC)It is probably more accurate to call it "tushy" or something you would name it for a small child. So it is not like it is a swear word. But it is a word for the rear end of beings in Germany.

Date: February 10th, 2008 09:55 pm (UTC)Well, he is also not German and I doubt he'll meet German ferrets that will make fun of him anytime soon.

Date: February 10th, 2008 10:04 pm (UTC)He doesn't meet any other ferrets, sadly... I keep hoping there'll be a ferret get-together somewhere in Montgomery, but it hasn't happened yet.

Date: February 10th, 2008 10:28 pm (UTC)He's mine. Erica couldn't pay for his food or for his medical, and my parents were worried that Bela was going to suffer when Po left, and we bought him from Erica. So he's my baby now.
So yes! He'll be coming with us when we move.

And I never realised that Action!Joe is that big.

Date: February 12th, 2008 10:24 pm (UTC)We don't have any rules against cameras here that I know of. *pats* We weren't causing any trouble, just being silly. :)
Yep, he's pretty big. Just right for snuggling. :D
