How you got the image to appear in the cup.

Okay, let's see. Basically, I made the cup and the pic of Joe as two different layers and the set Joe as Overlay. I then altered the Brightness and Contrast until I liked how the pic looked in the cup. Depending on what graphics program you use, this should be pretty easy to do. :)
