Also. Was there any point to that ep other than exposition? "Oh, by the way, Shep was promoted, Simon dumped me, there's conflict between me and Bling, and oh, yeah, um, some Wraith virus thingy."

Gah. I cross my fingers, Jonas-style, in the hopes that next week's ep will block the not-so-good parts of this one out of my memory.
