SG-1: "Morpheus" --
+ The whole King Arthur arc makes me giggle.
+ Tortoise mention. Hee.
+ O-o-o-o, I love that transition that went from the cave to the shrink guy!
+ Ha, it's That Guy.
+ I wonder if Woolsey is testing Vala. Hmmm.
+ *pets Cam*
+ *pats Vala*
+ This reminds me of the long, coherency-lacking nights before exams.
+ Poor Sleepy-Guy-Whose-Name-I-Don't-Remember. You never had a chance.
+ Ahhhhhhh, buggy thing!
+ Yeay, space lizard! Would that make it a splizard? Hee.
+ Hmmm, I wonder if the parasite likes warm-blooded critters.
+ Heee! Cam named the splizard Joe-Bob!
+ Brain-eating parasites?! AHHHHHHHH!!!!1!
+ Well, crap.
+ Look, it's me in morning classes. *droop*
+ Awe, Cam.
+ Splizard: "OMGWTHisgoingon?!!!" *is jostled by Teal'c*
+ Ahh, don't fall on the splizard!
+ Can I get a group hug? No? Phooey.
+ Yep, Woolsey was a test. I knew I disliked him a lot less now than when he was first on. :)
+ Ha, ha. I just got why this ep is named as it is. I'm slow.
Final Thoughts: So, it was a no on the warm-blooded thing, but they all got better, so it's all good. Also, I now want a splizard of my very own.
Rating: 6 of 10, mostly because of the splizard.
Atlantis: "Misbegotten" --
+ *pets Carson*
+ This is killing my nerves.
+ *hums theme song*
+ Why am I so giddy? Oh, yeah, Sheppard. *g*
+ Hive ship. Dude.
+ How long has Weir been wearing that shirt?!
+ WTH are you doing, Beckett?! *throws lettuce*
+ All these de-wraithified peeps make me wonder if they colored Michael's hair (twice), or if he's special.
+ Oh, look, Caldwell and Woolsey can start a Shiny Head Club!
+ Wow. Joe, Paul, and Connor all talking together? That's a nice group of pretty.
+ I'm really not sure for whom I should be rooting.
+ Well, crap.
+ *beats head on desk during irritating commercials*
+ Awe, look at Weir and that group of cute. :)
+ OMGZIPPYSHIRT!!!
+ Nice, broadcast sensitive information over the radio so everyone can hear it. Idiots. Gah.
+ I'm trying to feel sorry for you Beckett, but I find it difficult.
+ Did I mention the zippy shirt?!
+ Okay, now I feel sorry Carson. *clings*
+ Commercials need to die.
+ Wide Rule paper sucks.
+ Is this episode boring, or am I just impatient?
+ The Hair: Covert Mode!
+ If I were one of the humans surround by all these green guys, I'd be a little concerned.
+ Well, there goes that shiny new ship.
Final Thoughts: I still want a splizard. And my lips hurt real bad!
Rating: 5 of 10

Date: July 22nd, 2006 04:06 am (UTC)SGA: We had the same thought about Michael's de-Wratihified hair, pretty much the same problem with Carson/Atlantis' flexible moral standards, why were all the more than 100 de-Wrathified humans just standing around among the freaky Wraith, and I'm so not surprised they destroyed the new hive ship. At this rate, they're going to be in possession of a ship for, oh, 5 minutes before it goes boom. I'm highly amused by the Shiny Head Club, and Weir only had one pair of clothes when she went to the SGC and we know they're cheap bastards.
So, yeah :)

And I nearly teared up when the whole team was sitting in the conference room. Can't really explain.
Did you notice the bad white wigs?! Dude in far right corner. I swear I thought I saw it moving.
*snuggles*

Date: July 23rd, 2006 04:24 am (UTC)I'm slower! I still don't get it.
I did like the fact that Cam mentioned The Knights Who Say Ni. That made us laugh esp as we had just seen Monty Python & The Holy Grail. But yeah this ep was a bit ho-hum. I perked up towards the end though when Daniel mentioned Atlantis and then remembered next ep is The Pegasus Project. Wo-hooo!!
Haven't watched Misbegotten yet. :(

Date: July 24th, 2006 04:00 am (UTC)Didn't Michael seem to be physically slower to transform back to Wraith-form? I mean, some of those guys were all blue and stuff already. He had some physical characteristics and greying temples. But that was it.
Since I really really really REALLY want Connor Trineer to be a regular, I might be reading too much into his makeup and stuff. But I'm going to hypothesize that not only did he survive the arial bombing [c'mon, you know he's going to pull a Ford and return!! Right, producers? RIGHT?], but he's been changed enough by the serum that he'll never fit in with Wraith society. And Atlantis needs someone to fly any Wraith ships they capture in the future.
I'm just saying it might could work.
